Competency Management

Track every competency. Prove every qualification.

In mining, a competency isn't a checkbox — it's an attributable record that a named, authorised person signed off a specific qualification on a specific date. GO! Site Approved manages that pipeline from evidence upload through approval to ongoing tracking, with every renewal and every assessor sign-off captured in the audit trail.

The credentials pipeline

Define what each role requires. Workers or their employer admins upload evidence. Authorised approvers review and sign off. The result is a training record with a gained date, review date, and evidence attached. The full history of every change is preserved.

Verification of Competency (VOC)

For skills requiring VOC, a verification file is uploaded alongside the certificate. Both must be approved before the qualification counts. The assessor's sign-off is part of the record — not a separate paper process.

Escalated qualifications

Some qualifications require a privileged approver — only administrators with the escalated-approval permission can sign them off. Keeps high-stakes credentials out of general approval queues.

See every worker's qualification status across your required skills in one view — current, approaching expiry, lapsed, or missing. Pull an audit-ready view in seconds.

Competency levels

Where a skill is assessed at a level, the approver records it at sign-off. The record carries the assessed standard, not just a pass/fail.
